Our Team

Jaabir Ali

Founder, Irshaad Media

Jaabir is a deeply-driven person with an amazing mind. There is almost nothing he can’t do if he puts his mind to it. Starting a huge business at just the age of 17 that is now widely known and one of the best in its field, says a lot about his passion towards work and about his management skills!

He started writing Urdu shayari long back but only recently found the confidence to start performing and immediately felt a part of the community, he soon saw the struggles of an artist and wanted to do something to make it easier for them, to bring the deserving artists to a good platform and help them in every way possible. Hence was the beginning of Irshaad.

Jaabir is extremely passionate about poetry, alongside many other things. He is adventurous, kind, sort of (extremely) workaholic, and a supportive friend with many great dad jokes.

All he wishes is to help art and artists grow using Irshaad as a medium.

Sarah Isani

Founder, Irshaad Media

Sarah is a fun-loving sort of person, who is passionate about a lot of things! She enjoys exploring, learning, and meeting new people. And believes in the “Hakuna Matata” philosophy.

Sarah has always been an avid reader and at a very young age, started expressing her feelings in the form of poetry. Since then, she started filling her secret diaries but it was when she came to Mumbai, that Sarah found her voice.
She started performing and grew closer to the stage, and moreover, to the artists.

She wanted to do something more for the community so she started working for it and finally raised this platform. She hopes to help artists find their voice the way she did!
She enjoys ideating and organising new events and creatively handling the social media page, and only hopes to make more people smile!

Darakhshah

Founder, Irshaad Media

Darakhshah has a degree in Psychology (she doesn’t read minds) but loves to explore and learn new things all the time!

She has a very adventurous spirit but her body somehow is very attached to the bed. She is extremely empathetic and really great at resolving conflicts.
She often plays the role of an “unpaid therapist” for almost everyone in her life. So do go to her if you ever feel like sharing anything, because what Darakhshah enjoys the most is a good cup of tea (both literally and metaphorically)!
